Groups Live, Love, Laugh, and Learn—together with other believers. That’s what LOL (Live Out Loud) is all about. LOL means opening up, sharing your story, and knowing others on a deeper level. In our techno-trapped society, relationships are quickly disappearing. The goal of LOL is to counter our culture by providing the means for each of our members to grow in relationship with others and with our loving God. How does it work? Most LOL groups meet on a weekly basis in a group member’s home. The group meeting is centered around Bible study, prayer and fellowship. At SUMC we make LOL groups a priority, because this is where ministry takes place. If you don’t Live Out Loud, then are you really living at all?
